As the amount of children, youths and adults visiting the center on a daily base exceeded our keenest expectation, we had to make sure our team is getting bigger and stronger too. We added a teacher for the homework classes and several assistants to the team, taking care of the children and supporting them with their attempts to learn read and write.
By the end of 2011 we had the manager and seven team members from the community working regularly at the center as well as numerous volunteers who came by from time to time to dedicate their free time to our project.
