By the end of November HELP Jamaica! became a full member of the Council of Voluntary Social Services (CVSS). Our provisional membership was released after satisfying all of the requirements for membership and as a Jamaican Registered Charitable Organization.
But not only that: The CVSS Annual General Meeting held this week also nominated our CEO Virginia Chin to sit on the Executive Body of the Council. We congratulate Mrs. Chin for her nomination to the CVSS executive body as a great appreciation for her fantastic work not only here at HELP Jamaica! but also her highly valued contribution for the charity sector in Jamaica overall.
